Early Registration (Valid through August 31, 2018): $799
Regular Registration (Valid September 1, 2018 – October 20, 2018): $999
Group Rates: Groups of four or more delegates from the same firm can register at the same time at the discounted base rate of $699 per person. The group rate cannot be combined with any other promotional or discounted rates. Please email FactSet.Events@altour.com to ask about group registrations.
Your registration fee includes: breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, Sunday and Monday evening networking receptions/dinners, and access to session materials. Please note the conference rates do not include the cost of accommodations. Visit the Venue & Travel page to learn more about the hotel.
Sunday Product Workshops - SOLD OUT!
Participation is limited to client attendees and non-sponsor speakers. There is no additional fee for this activity and lunch is included for registered participants.
Golf Outing at Tranquilo Golf Club - SOLD OUT!
Participation is limited to client attendees and non-sponsor speakers. The fee is $85 per golfer and includes lunch on Sunday. Rental clubs and shoes are available for an additional fee.
Symposium guest passes are reserved for adults (ages 21+) only and all guests participating in conference events must be registered. The Symposium Guest Pass includes admission to the Sunday welcome reception on the Our Lady Palm and King Meadow Lawns and the Monday evening event at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The fee is $200.
Acceptable methods of payment include credit card (American Express, Master Card, or Visa) or company check. Registrations received without payment will not be processed. Please indicate any special requirements when you register and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Changes to Your Registration
Modifications, transfers, and cancellations of existing Symposium registrations and hotel reservations can be made by contacting our event customer support at FactSet.Events@altour.com.
