Vinayak Bhat, CFA is responsible for FactSet’s business in South East Asia and India. Vinayak has nearly 20 years of experience in Financial Technology – working closely with firms in the areas of Asset Management, Wealth Management and Investment Banking. Prior to joining FactSet, Vinayak worked in the Consulting industry for over a decade. Vinayak has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and MBA in General Management. He is a Charter holder of CFA Institute.

Muhammad Zulfadzlie bin Zulkifli, CFA

Chief Investment Officer | UOB Islamic Asset Management

Zulfadzlie  has been managing funds since 2007. Prior to UOBIAM, he was managing funds for a local fund house where the funds that he managed on behalf of clients won several industry awards such as Lipper Fund Awards and Morningstar Malaysia Fund Awards. Prior to that, he was part of the investment team at BNM that successfully managed BNM’s reserve during the tumultuous period of the Great Financial Crisis of 2007-2008. He has a BSc from Brown University, an MBA from the University of Cambridge, and is also a CFA Charterholder.

Kay Yeow brings with him 20 years of experience in Wealth and Asset Management, Information Technology and Banking Consulting and has been involved in multiple FI transformations. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Kay Yeow was attached to a local consulting firm providing services to large FI’s regionally. Kay Yeow has a degree in Computer Science from University of Western Australia.

Kevin Teh

Senior Pricing Specialist | BPAM

Kevin Teh is the Market and Economics Expert at Bond Pricing Agency Malaysia (BPAM). Attached to the Pricing Department at BPAM, he is responsible for the valuations of a portfolio of Malaysian bonds and Sukuk, and is also responsible for all macroeconomic research in which his passion lies. Having been with BPAM since 2008 and along with his prior experience in the futures market, he has more than 10 years’ experience in derivatives, fixed income valuation and economic research. With this, he frequently contributes his analytical insights and economic commentaries to many in-house articles and local print media publications.

Kevin holds a Bachelor Degree in Computing (Majoring in Internet Technology) from the Staffordshire University of the United Kingdom.

Nick Wade

Director, Asia-Pacific Marketing | Northfield Information Services Asia Ltd.

Nick is Northfield’s Marketing Director for Asia-Pacific and responsible for managing Northfield’s operations in that region. Previously with Northfield he has been responsible for, or involved with, researching and developing many of our new analytical models, including the US Short-Term Model, and Northfield’s flagship multi asset class enterprise risk model “EE”. Prior to joining Northfield, he designed risk management systems as a consultant with AMS UK Ltd., where he was the risk engine team leader on the West Deutsche Landesbank project and began his career as a Quantitative Analyst with Grantham, Mayo, van Otterloo & Co., where he worked on interest-rate, currency, and volatility forecasting models as well as optimization and risk. Nick is a board member of the Chicago Quantitative Alliance in Asia, a member of the Institute of Directors (UK), and a frequent presenter at academic and industry conferences. He holds an honors degree in theoretical physics from the University of York, England, and an MBA from Northeastern University, Boston USA, where he worked for the finance department. Ian Hissey

VP, Speciality Manager, Risk Analytics - APAC | FactSet

Ian Hissey is Vice President in the Portfolio Analytics group at FactSet and has been at FactSet since 2008. Ian is responsible for the Sale and Support of FactSet's Risk solutions in Asia Pacific. His role is also to guide the development of these products to meet the diverse set of challenges faced by financial market participants in Asia. Previous to his current role, Ian was the manager of FactSet’s Portfolio Analytics team based in Australia for 4 years where he worked with FactSet's largest clients in Australia and NewZealand. Ian has holds a bachelor degree in Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Sydney.

Onkar Jotkar

VP, Analytics Sales Manager - South East Asia & India | FactSet

Onkar Jotkar is Vice President in the Asia Pacific Analytic group at FactSet. In his current role he is responsible for sales of FactSet’s Analytics products in South East Asia & India. Onkar has been at FactSet since 2012. He has worked with clients advising them on Portfolio Management, Risk Management and Quantitative Analysis. Prior to joining the Singapore team, Onkar worked extensively with FactSet’s Analytics clients in India, Israel, Middle East and South Africa. Onkar has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and MBA from NMIMS University.

Analytics Specialist - South East Asia & India | FactSet

Simon van Dijk is an Analytics Specialist at FactSet with more than 7 years of experience in the asset management industry across Europe and South East Asia. He has worked with the Malaysian investment community for more than 4 years now, extensively focusing on our clients within the asset management and pension sector. Having worked closely with risk analysts, portfolio managers, and reporting & quant teams, Simon’s expertise includes providing value-adding portfolio solutions to manage risks effectively and evaluate performance. He holds a Master of Science in International Business and Finance from the University of Maastricht.
