Michael Diefenthäler is Director, Business Consulting EMEA at FactSet. In this role, he leads the consulting team responsible for all customer consulting projects in the space of FactSet’s web-based and desktop solutions.
Michael Diefenthäler began his career in 1999, and has held a range of customer facing positions before subsequently moving into management roles in the areas of product, business development, and delivery. Through his years of experience, Michael has developed core competencies in portfolio- and wealth management, mobility and responsive design, digital banking, multi-channeling, and project management. He graduated from Wolfgang Johann Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, Germany with a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, and Marketing. He holds a variety of IREB, PRINCE and ITIL v3 certifications.
