Application Interoperability – Diving into the Data & Symbology

Many of us want to build robust, federated solutions on top of applications from multiple vendors – but what happens when we don’t speak the same language? Securities, companies, people, ships, risk factors, listings, bank loans, options, structured products, and private placements are all represented differently by different vendors. How do we cut through the sea of data to deliver the workflow solutions our users require? We need a universal translator to bring us all together. In this presentation, FactSet will discuss solving this problem across data providers and embracing the FDC3 standards to help advance the multi-vendor workflow model.
